Join Wildlands Trust stewardship staff to maintain the trails and meadows at Great River Preserve. All experience levels are welcome!

Work will include trimming vegetation along the wooded trails and cutting back invasive plants along the edges of the meadows to maintain this important wildlife habitat and agricultural resource.

Parking:

Please park at the Great River Preserve parking area located at 1025 Auburn Street in Bridgewater.

What to Wear and Bring:

• Sturdy, closed-toed shoes 

• Water, 1-2 bottles 

• Snacks 

• Work gloves (if you have them, we will provide work gloves to anyone who needs them)

Restrictions:

• Ages 14+ 

• No pets

While registration is optional, we strongly recommend it so that we can have enough work for everyone to meaningfully participate! Additionally, volunteer days are subject to last minute changes, register below for updates!
