Spring Wreath Making

Join Wildlands Trust for spring wreath making! Craft your own wreath with instructor, and local gardener, Alicia MacGregor, in this 2-hour program. Start with a premade grapevine wreath and use dried and dyed plants to decorate! Crafting supplies are provided, but please bring your own gloves and pruning shears. Everyone will leave with a natural wreath ready to take home and display!

Parking:

Meet at Wildlands Trust’s Conservation Barn at Davis-Douglas Farm, 675 Long Pond Road, Plymouth, MA 02360.

Parking is available along the gravel road. Then walk up the gravel walkway to meet us inside the barn.

From Route 3: Take Exit 7 (old Exit 3) and head southwest on Clark Road. Turn left at the intersection onto Long Pond Road. Turn sharp right into Wildlands Trust’s headquarters at Davis-Douglas Farm.

What to Wear & Bring:

  • Gloves to protect your hands

  • Pruning shears to trim the materials

  • Water

What to Expect:

  • Supplies ready to craft with - you do not need to collect anything prior

  • Hands-on trimming and wire wrapping a premade grapevine wreath

  • Natural materials will include dried and some dyed plants - please be cautious if you have allergies!

  • Wildlands Trust staff and instructor Alicia to guide you!

Restrictions:

  • Ages 15+

  • Maximum 15 attendees

  • Minimum 10 attendees

Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations more than 2 weeks in advance of the event [3/12]. Within two weeks of the event, 50% refunds will be issued. For cancellations within 24 hours of the event, no refunds will be issued. To make any changes to your registration, please email events@wildlandstrust.org.

Cancellations and postponements due to weather will be announced online and registered attendees will be notified via email.
