Yoga for WellBeing

  • Wildlands Trust 675 Long Pond Road Plymouth, MA, 02360 United States (map)

Yoga for WellBeing with Grace Junek is a thoughtfully paced class designed to support physical health while calming the nervous system. The practice weaves together gentle strengthening, flexibility, balance work, and breath awareness to help participants feel grounded, supported, and at ease in their bodies — offering grounded movement for everyday well-being.

Class begins with gentle breathwork and a brief reflective moment to encourage presence and connection before moving into mindful movement. Standing and floor-based postures focus on functional strength, mobility, and balance, with clear guidance and options offered throughout. The class concludes with supported restorative poses, guided relaxation, and the gentle resonance of a crystal singing bowl to support deep rest and integration.

No prior yoga experience is required. This class is accessible to all levels and emphasizes moving with awareness, compassion, and respect for the body’s natural rhythms.
