Join Grace Junek and Wildlands Trust for a full moon yoga and hike event at Davis-Douglas Conservation Area in Plymouth! Unwind from the day to take some time to be present with yourself and the nature around you. Begin with an hour of yoga in the setting sun. Inspired by the fullness of the moon, our movements will unfold in a flowing circle of breath, presence, and community.
Then, take your headlamp out and put your hiking boots on as we enjoy a 2-mile forested hike. This is not a beginner hike, as we will be hiking over steep, rooted, rocky, and pine-needle-covered sections with limited vision by headlamp. A headlamp and/or good flashlight are required.
