The Art of Yoga

  • Wildlands Trust 675 Long Pond Road Plymouth, MA, 02360 United States (map)

The Art of Yoga with Grace Junek explores the foundations of yoga surrounded by nature.

This week’s Yoga Foundations focus: Listen Within.

In this opening insight, we explore the importance of tuning into the body’s signals and cultivating a deeper sense of inner awareness. Through stillness, breath, and mindful attention, we begin to recognize the subtle guidance that supports both safety and growth within our practice. Following this brief discussion, we move into a thoughtfully guided yoga practice incorporating strengthening, flexibility, and balance work, with clear instruction and options offered throughout. The class concludes with a peaceful savasana accompanied by the gentle resonance of a crystal singing bowl.

As strength builds, so does belief in our own boundless potential.

No prior yoga experience is required. This class is accessible to all levels and emphasizes moving with awareness, compassion, and respect for the body’s natural rhythms. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into the space. Class will be held outdoors unless weather conditions require it to be moved indoors.
