The Art of Yoga with Grace Junek is a weekly series exploring principles that support well-being in the body, mind, and spirit.
This week’s Yoga Foundations focus: The Practice of Gratitude.
In this opening insight, we explore how cultivating gratitude can shift our perspective, support emotional well-being, and deepen our experience of life. Following this brief discussion, we move into a thoughtfully guided yoga practice incorporating strengthening, flexibility, and balance work, with clear instruction and options offered throughout. The class concludes with a peaceful savasana accompanied by the gentle resonance of a crystal singing bowl.
As strength builds, so does belief in our own boundless potential.
No prior yoga experience is required. This class is accessible to all levels and emphasizes moving with awareness, compassion, and respect for the body’s natural rhythms. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into the space. Class will be held outdoors unless weather conditions require it to be moved indoors.
