Join Wildlands Trust hike leader Skip Stuck and Programming Coordinator Amy Burt for a 2-mile full moon hike at Emery Preserve. Starting before sunset, this night hike will take the green trail out to the beech tree and back for a hilly, forested hike with open sections to hopefully see the moon on a clear night! After the hike, stay and warm up in the barn with hot chocolate while you gaze at the moon over Davis-Douglas Farm!
This is not a beginner hike, as we will be hiking over steep, rooted, rocky, and pine-needle-covered sections with limited vision. A headlamp and/or good flashlight are required.
