The Value of Municipal-Land Trust Partnerships

Our collective success in preserving our region’s natural heritage is very much dependent upon partnerships at all levels, particularly between municipalities and land trusts. With the advent of the CPA, communities have the option of endowing themselves with a locally-driven funding mechanism that offers abundant opportunities for creative partnerships.
