Create a Life Estate

A life estate or “gift of remainder interest” lets you donate your land to Wildlands while allowing you the right to continue using the property during your lifetime or for some specified period of time. You may be entitled to a tax deduction in the year of the donation, but the tax advantage is less than for an outright donation.
